Joe spent years in the restaurant business in DC and NYC, but there came a time to come back home. Joe opened the Grape D’Vine in Tappan. In 2013, he moved to the current location in Sparkill as he plotted the opening of DVine Bar. He and Chopped champion partner Chef Chris Holland crushed it and gave many people a reason to return time and again to the scene of the dine.  WTF are you waiting 4? Heidi Broecking: Shop Manager

Heidi’s experience with wine has been bountiful and positive. Her passion for wine has revolved around family, everyday good food and celebrations. Over the past three years, her knowledge and palate have grown through diligent (…sure: let’s call it “diligent”) tastings at the store. And of course all that wine tasting is totally in service to the GDV customers.

In addition to slinging wine, Heidi is a graphic designer, yoga/meditation  teacher and anatomy geek. Soon to become wine geek.
